TabTrade Review - What to Know Before You Sign Up

Tab Trade - The Short Version

TabTrade opened in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is solid.

The Software

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from a single account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MetaTrader previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people prefer it after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for algo traders but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is said to be in the works. That will round things out when it lands.

What You Pay

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Suits beginners.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. This broker does not.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not something most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

This is the area where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run a much wider range.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

Safety

Here is the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement costs real money. Scam brokers do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. That does not make it safe. But inform your assessment.

The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard sign-up bonus. You put money in, they top up your balance. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you commit.
